The Optima Multiswitch 5 x 12 can be used with either a standard quad LNB or and Octo LNB.

4 Cables from the LNB with a 5th input cable from the TV aerial, each output will carry both a Satellite and TV signal that can be split into 2 feeds using a diplexed wall plate.
